Örebro Sändaramatörer (SK4BX) in co operation with FRO Örebro proudly presents the 31st Nordic VHF-UHF-SHF-Meeting, to be held on the 12 - 14 June 2009 at Knottebo, Sweden JO79MA.
How to get there:
To find the meetingplace Åsbro Kursgård in Knottebo near Åsbro use your GPS 59° 00' 52,5" N, 15° 03' 37,1" E or look at this pdf. Look for our VHF signs.
We will monitor R2 (145.650/.050), 145.350 and probably 144.300 MHz for guidance and check-in's. Call sign is SK4VHF.
Preferred Currency at the meeting is SEK and EUR.
(Pse bring some smaller denomination banknotes as change can be a problem)
Remember that:
Rohde & Schwarz will be at the meeting with an impressive setup of instruments for measurements up to 50 GHz.
It will be possible to measure: Phase noise, Noise figure, Power, Impedance, Return loss and much more.
Please bring all your preamplifiers, transverters, noise sources, attenuators or whatever you want measured or calibrated.
As the measuring equipment is all coaxial, you should bring your own transitions to wave guide where needed.

- We can now offer rooms at a nearby hostel. The distance is ~ 2.5 km. There are a number of double rooms with WC and shower in the corridor. Linen not included.

We will try to arrange for (limited) transportation to/from Knottebo.
